Ms. Saigal is passionate about helping clients tell their stories and works relentlessly to seek
justice.
She was born in India and is proficient in Hindi and Punjabi.
She graduated from Thunderbird
High School in Phoenix, Arizona and completed her higher education at Arizona State
University.
She
has a bachelor’s degree in nursing magna cum laude from Arizona State University.
Ms. Saigal continuted her post graduage studies at Seattle University and
graduated with a JD cum laude in 2005.
She was an assistant attorney general for State of Washington from 2006 to 2009. Since
2009,
Ms.
Saigal has been in private practice. She has experience dealing with issues of elder
law,
filing and
defending guardianship petition and vulnerable adult protection orders. She also has
administrative
hearing experience related to findings of abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation in
long-term
care settings against health care providers. She also advices adult family homes in
business
matters
and represents them in administrative hearings.
Ms. Saigal is also a registered nurse. She has over 25 years of healthcare experience
and
expertise.
During her nursing career she has worked in various capacities including front-line
nursing,
management, director of nursing and hospital administrator.
Ms. Saigal belongs to the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association
and
the
American Bar Association. She is a board member on the Elder Law and Guardianship
Section of
the
King County Bar Association since 2015. She is a business affiliate of the Adult Family
Home
Council
of Washington State.
